Rash Hashana-Rapture 2013?

Will the Lord return at Rash Hashana 2013? Seeing how it was predicted every year since 1988 (Edgar Whisenant’s 88 reasons for 1988). Are we going to again claim that it will be this year, with the inevitable failure of the date, cross this one out when it doesn’t happen, put in next year’s date and keep repeating the folly, or come to the correct understanding of the two Thessalonian letters and stop this process of creating false hopes and expectations?
